Membership is owned by the University or Company. You must register your university or company and then a individual person. Should there be a change in the university manager or the company sales representative the membership will be transfered to the new person.
Membership year starts September 1st each year and ends August 31th. The membership fee is not discounted for partial year memberships.
All university and company representative attending the annual conference must have a NACC membership in good standing.
CONFERENCE EARLY REGISTRATION (UNIVERSITY MEMBERS ONLY):
University members will have the opportunity to register for the conference at a discount prior to January 15th.
CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIP POLICY:
All sponsorships are on a first regsistered basis. If there is a sponsorship that your company wants you must first be a members of the NACC and then your company can register for the sponsorship. You can now pay for membership and register for the conference at the same time on this new website.
CONFERENCE DRESS CODE:
Conference dress code is causual. School or company polo shirt with shorts or jeans.
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION POLICY:
90 days prior to conference: 75% refund
89-60 days prior to conference: 50% refund
59 days prior to conference: 0% refund
