Sunday, June 16th
3:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. Current Board Members only meeting at hospitality room host hotel. Dinner with PSU staff only after the meeting - 7:30pm at American Ale House. (This is not part of the conference registration.)
9:00 P.M. – 1:00 A.M. Hospitality room opens for snacks, drinks, games, TV… Room # 5th floor
Monday, June 17th
7:30 A.M. - 8:30 A.M. Hot breakfast at Penn Stater Host Hotel Garden Restaurant
8:45 A.M. – 4:45 P.M. Vendor Product Advisory Committee meeting. (Committee members ONLY) At PSU Founders Lounge meeting room. Eight companies to present. Lunch by the PSU catering team.
11:00 A.M. – 8:00 P.M. Member/Vendor Registration - Located at the Penn Stater Hotel, host hotel just off the lobby. Pick up your name badge, conference bag, load conference schedule app and conference pocket schedule.
6:30 P.M. – 8:30 P.M. Dinner with Vendor Product Advisory Committee meeting members and vendors presenting to advisory committee (ONLY).  Location - Federal Tap House
9:00 P.M. – 1:00 A.M. Hospitality room opens for snacks, drinks, games, TV…Stop by so we can get your name badge for Tuesday Tussey Mountain & PSU Creamery tour. Room # 5th floor

2019 Conference

Tuesday, June 18th
7:00 A.M. – 8:15 A.M. Hot breakfast Penn Stater Garden Restaurant, just down the hall from the lobby.
8:15 A.M. – 3:30 P.M. Member/Vendor Tussey Mountain and PSU Creamery tour.  Meet in the host hotel lobby.  Vans leave at 8:30am.  Catered lunch will be at Tussey Mountain.  Activities - 9 hole 3 par golf with 25th anniversary twist, putt putt golf, go cart track, fishing pond, paddle boats and batting cage.

Tour of PSU Creamery with a sample of ice cream products in the afternoon.
10:00 A.M. - 4:00 P.M. Member/Vendor Registration - Located at Penn Stater Hotel, in the lobby.  Pick up your name badge, conference bag, load conference schedule app, and conference pocket schedule.
3:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M. Vendor booth setup on the concourse at Bryce Jordan Center - Basketball arena.
5:00 P.M. – 5:30 P.M. New Member Orientation (all members are welcome to join in) at the Penn Stater host hotel hospitality room # 5th floor.
5:45 P.M.

Vans leave hotel at 5:45 pm for reception and dinner – PSU Beaver Stadium.  - Penn State Football Letterman's Club.  Before the reception hour - our group will tour Penn State All-Sport Museum at the stadium.

6:00 P.M. – 9:30 P.M. Member/Vendor Welcome Reception and museum tour 6-7:30pm, Dinner to follow at 7:30pm - Located at Penn State Football Letterman's Club.  After dinner - 25th Anniversary presentation and Ron Athey Award presented.
9:30 P.M. – 10:00 P.M. Vans back to hotel.
10:15 P.M. – 1:00 A.M. Hospitality room opens for snacks, drinks, games, TV…  Room # 5th floor
Wednesday, June 19th Hot Breakfast will be available at Penn Stater host hotel for those staying at the hotel.  In meeting room there will be continental breakfast only. 

Meetings to be held at the Bryce Jordan Center - Founders Lounge.  PSU staff will be there to guide group.

A lite lunch available to vendors and school members in the tradeshow lounge, but we encourage all schools members to sample vendor’s foods during the tradeshow.
7:45A.M. – 10:00 A.M. Tradeshow Vendors setup booths at Bryce Jordan Center on the concourse. Entrance for vendors to be determined.
Vendors needing loading dock please prearrange with PSU management.
7:45 A.M. – 9:30 A.M. Vans circling between Penn Stater host hotel and Bryce Jordan Center Arena for vendors and university members
8:00 A.M. – 9:00 A.M. Registration (at hotel for members & at tradeshow for Vendors)
8:00 A.M. – 8:45 A.M. Continental breakfast available at meeting room and for vendors setting up booths.
8:45 A.M. – 9:15 A.M. Founders Lounge Room - Welcome to PSU – Speaker TBD
9:15 A.M – 9:45 A.M. Education Session – Past Member Panel - Topic TBD
9:45 A.M - 10:30 A.M Education Session –  Inventory Management
10:30 A.M. – 10:45 A.M. Group Picture – Location – Hill with stadium in the back ground.
All University and Vendor members meet for picture.
10:45 A.M. – 2:00 P.M. Trade Show – Bryce Jordan Center concourse - Lunch at the tradeshow booths – visit every booth to find the vendors that have your matching scavenger hunt number, they will have cash/gift prizes to hand out during the trade show (Value $20).
1:50 P.M. – 2:00 P.M. Turn in sponsor business card verification sheet, Tradeshow drawing at NACC booth.
2:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. Vendor booths break down.
2:00 P.M – 2:05 P.M. Must be present to win (2) Fire tablets - prize drawing in meeting room.
2:10 P.M. – 3:10 P.M. Education Session –  Small, Med, Large Schools breakout
3:10 P.M. – 4:15 P.M. Tour - Bryce Jordan Center
4:15 P.M. – 4:30 P.M. Vans back to hotel – drop off stuff 
4:30 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. Break time - hospitality room available for beverages and snacks
6:00 P.M. – 6:15 P.M. Van Transportation to Champs Sport Bar and Grill.
6:30 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. Reception and Dinner.  Drinks & Dinner  - fun game room includes - pool, air hockey, pinball games and select other games. Winner of the Cres Cor and school board candidates introduced again during the reception.
9:00 P.M. Vans back to host hotel or stay in town and find your own way back to the host hotel.
10:00 P.M.- 1:00 A.M. Hospitality Room open for snacks, drinks, games, TV… Room # 5th floor
Thursday, June 20th Hot Breakfast will be available at Penn State host hotel for those staying at the hotel.  Meeting room will have continental breakfast only.

1:45 P.M. – 2:45 P.M. Education Session - Sustainable/Compostable
2:45 P.M. – 3:00 P.M. Transportation to Stadium -  
3:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. Tour of Stadium -  Tour concessions and club areas.
4:05 P.M. – 4:20 P.M. 2020 Montana State University Conference Preview
4:30 P.M. – 4:45 P.M. Transportation to hotel
4:45 P.M. – 6:15 P.M. Break time -  Hospitality room available for beverages and snacks
6:15 P.M. – 6:30 P.M. Van Transportation to Spikes baseball park
6:30 P.M. - 9:30 P.M.  Dinner and baseball game at the Spikes baseball park - we will be located in a suite.  Lite snacks and beverages located in the room, each member provided a gift card that will allow you to sample the baseball fare during the night.
9:30 P.M. – 10:00P.M. Vans back to Host Hotel
10:15 P.M.- 1:00 A.M. Hospitality Room open for drinks, games, TV…  Room # 5th floor
Friday, June 21th Meeting 7:30am – 9:30am Closing Board meeting
