SUNDAY BOARD DINNER

The NACC Board and PSU staff will have dinner at the America Ale House. http://www.americanalehouse.net

VENDOR PRODUCT ADVISORY DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

PSU staff will be a PA Homegrown lunch for the group.  Lunch will include: salad bar, macaroni salad, potato salad and roll.  A choice of braised beef shoulder tenders with gravy or her crusted pork tenderloin with shallot jus.  Seared chicken Marsala with sliced mushroom, garlic mash potatoes.  season vegetable medley from PA student farm.

Dinner will be in down town at the Federal Tap House.

 MEMBER/VENDOR TUSSEY MOUNTAIN & PSU CREAMERY -  TUESDAY

Spend the day outside enjoying all the fun activities.  There will be plenty of water and soda beverages available to keep you hydrated while you play.  Lunch will be served by the Tussey Mountain catering team.  Choices will include: smoked pulled pork, smoked chicken legs and thighs, hot sausages with peppers and onions.  With sides - Coleslaw, green salad and potato salad.

We will end the afternoon with some fresh ice cream made at the PSU creamer.  

WELCOME RECEPTION & DINNER TUESDAY

 The 2019 NACC welcome reception and dinner will be held in the Penn State Letterman’s Club located inside Penn State University’s infamous Beaver Stadium.  The Ron Athey award will be presented to this year’s recipient after the dinner.  We will celebrate 25 years of the NACC incorporation.  

Reception at the Penn State Football Letterman's Club will include: Beverages from the bar.  Cold hors d'oeuvres - fresh season fruit display, domestic cheese display and vegetable crudite.  Hot hors d'oeuvres - bacon wrapped pork belly lollipops, buffalo and Thai curry pan fried shrimp skewers, mini meatball lollipops.

A buffet dinner will included: salad, crusted pol tenderloin, blackened salmon or ranch chicken.  With wild rice blend, whip potatoes, grilled asparagus, steamed vegetables and a dinner roll.

Save room for dessert.

TRADESHOW ADDITIONAL LUNCH OPTIONS WEDNESDAY

If you don't get enough food samples on the tradeshow floor from our NACC vendors, PSU will have a specialty concession stand open for your review.  Menu will include Chawaco - chicken & waffle taco and white nachos and more.

MEMBER/VENDOR RECEPTION & DINNER WEDNESDAY

 Wednesday’s reception will be held in downtown State College at Champs Sports Bar and Grill.  Enjoy Dinner, drinks, and a game room that features pool tables, air hockey, retro pinball machines, video games, and an old-school juke box! The Cres Cor giveaway winner will also be drawn after the dinner. 

Dinner will not be your typical bar grub, get your taste buds ready for a ride!

With over 50 beers on tap, you are sure to find one you will enjoy, if not they have other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to enjoy during the evening of fun and games.

LUNCH THURSDAY

PSU staff wil treat your taste buds to their Italian Ristorante Buffett menu will include: Green salad, antipasto salad, pasta bar with penne, speghetti and fettuccini.  Sauces; beef red tomato, marinara, and pesto.  Vegetarian lasana will be available.

MEMBER/VENDOR RECEPTION AND DINNER THURSDAY

 Thursday’s dinner will be at Medlar Field at Lubrano Park on the campus of Penn State, home of the Class A-Short Season minor league affiliate of the St. Louis Cardinals, the State College Spikes!  Enjoy drinks at the suite spot bar with select beer, wine, and mixed drinks just out side the suite.  Dinner will be with a voucher to try what the Spikes’ concessions have to offer down stairs.
